Right of Refusal and Return of Goods

The Seller will exchange or refund a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used. Return costs outside LV, LT, and EE are the responsibility of the Customer.

To return a product, the Customer must contact the Seller via email at info@etanna.eu to arrange the return details. Refunds will be processed to the account from which the payment was made.

Delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
The order will be delivered based on the details provided in the order, to the specified address or parcel terminal.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in the order.

Delivery methods:

  • Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: Omniva
  • Other countries: The Seller’s chosen courier service

The Seller is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the delivery service provider.

Payment Methods

The Seller accepts payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, payment cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), internet banking, and direct transfer for purchases made in the online store.

When selecting bank transfer as the payment method, the Customer will receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice via email containing the details required to complete the payment.

The Customer must pay the invoice by bank transfer within 2 business days. If payment is not received by the due date specified in the invoice, the order will be cancelled, and the purchase reservation voided.

Products are dispatched only after payment has been received.
