Right of Refusal and Return of Goods

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been used. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days.
The order will be delivered based on the details provided in the order, to the specified address or parcel terminal.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in the order.

Delivery methods:

• Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, SmartPosti and Venipak parcel lockers, as well as courier delivery.
• Other countries: Delivery via a courier service selected by the Seller.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider.

Payment Methods

The Seller accepts payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, payment cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), internet banking, and direct transfer for purchases made in the online store.

When selecting bank transfer as the payment method, the Customer will receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice via email containing the details required to complete the payment.

The Customer must pay the invoice by bank transfer within 2 business days. If payment is not received by the due date specified in the invoice, the order will be cancelled, and the purchase reservation voided.

Products are dispatched only after payment has been received.
